About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled PAM Architect to design, implement, and manage robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in security architecture, identity and access management (IAM), and privileged access security, ensuring the protection of critical assets against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess security risks and develop appropriate PAM strategies.

  • Lead the integration of PAM technologies with existing IAM, SIEM, and security frameworks.

  • Define PAM policies, processes, and governance models.

  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to teams on PAM best practices.

  • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of PAM tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM and PAM architecture, implementation, and administration.

  • Expertise in leading PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea, or HashiCorp Vault.

  • Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust.

  • Experience integrating PAM with Active Directory, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools.

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or vendor-specific PAM certifications.

  • Experience with Privileged Session Management (PSM), Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), and Just-in-Time (JIT) access methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience securing cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
