About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with medical protocols.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures while monitoring patient responses.

  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Texas.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • 1+ years of nursing experience (new graduates may be considered).

  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS.

  • Experience in specialized areas such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, or Pediatrics.

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
