About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory (AD) Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise-wide Active Directory infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the security, availability, and optimal performance of AD services, supporting authentication, authorization, and directory-related tasks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, manage, and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Domain Controllers.
Monitor and optimize the health, performance, and security of AD infrastructure.
Implement and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including authentication failures, replication issues, and access control problems.
Manage user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and permissions.
Integrate AD with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
Maintain and manage DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Kerberos services related to AD.
Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and backup strategies for AD.
Collaborate with IT security teams to implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices.
Provide support for PowerShell scripting and automation to streamline AD management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in AD administration and management.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity management, and cloud integrations.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
Familiarity with IAM, RBAC, and security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), or MCSE.
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Knowledge of Zero Trust security models.
Hands-on experience with SIEM and log management tools for monitoring AD security events.
