Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Systems/Developer Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of development experience using an Oracle database. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 applications, including HR, North American Payroll, Base Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Support and configure employee self-service applications (ePay, eProfile, eBen).
  • Utilize PeopleTools 8.5x, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Data Mover, PS Query, Component Interface, and Process Scheduler.
  • Develop reports using SQL, PL/SQL, SQRs, Oracle Discoverer, and BI Publisher.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including PeopleSoft Internet Architecture, Application Server, and Web Server configuration.
  • Work on Tax Update-related activities, including COBOL and SQR customizations.
  • Support PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 Enterprise Person Model and Non-Employees, Benefits Open Enrollment.
  • Assist in implementing the PeopleSoft 9.2 Employee Self-Service Fluid Interface (preferred).
  • Ensure system integrity, performance, and security across Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions.
  • Document processes, provide user support, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with Oracle databases.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation).
  • Strong proficiency in PeopleTools 8.5x (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, etc.).
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Tax Updates and customizing COBOL/SQR scripts.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, SQRs, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Discoverer.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, UNIX shell scripting, and system administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ITIL processes (highly desirable).

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Employee Self-Service Fluid Interface.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for IT service management.
